1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 1500) run: 7.7M spots, 1.9G bases, 621.3Mb downloads

Design: Whole-exome sequencing data obtained from a targeted capture approach.
Submitted by: CIBIO, University of Porto
Study: Whole-exome data from 15 hare species (genus Lepus spp.) species and pygmy rabbit (Brachylagus idahoensis). Raw sequence reads
show Abstracthide Abstract
Whole-exome data used for phylogenomic analyses of the hare (Lepus spp.) radiation. This study had the aim of clarifying the evolutionary history of hares and the contribution of long-term hybridization in the genus to modern standing levels of genetic variation and local adaptation. We produced whole-exome data for 30 specimens across 15 hare species and 2 pygmy rabbit specimens.
